			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p> <span style="font-size:x-small;color:#cc0000;">4 luglio 2008 CIRA - </span><span style="font-size:x-small;"><span style="color:#cc0000;">Simulato nel PWT del CIRA il volo transatmosferico.</span> Primo successo registrato dal programma ASA – Advanced Structural Assembly, il programma promosso e finanziato dall’Agenzia Spaziale Italiana, che punta allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione di materiali e componenti strutturali innovativi per velivoli spaziali e velivoli ipersonici di nuova generazione.Lo scorso giugno, <img class="alignleft" style="float:left;" src="http://www.aerospaziocampania.it/images/Img_2270.jpg" alt="" width="157" height="98" />nel Plasma Wind Tunnel “Scirocco” del CIRA , si è svolto, infatti, con esito positivo il primo test previsto dal programma su un segmento di ala (selezionato dal progetto del velivolo spaziale senza pilota FTB-X del CIRA)in scala reale e completo di tutti i sistemi (elettrico, fluidico, termico e strutturale). Tecnicamente quello effettuato è stato uno dei più complessi test di </span> <span style="font-size:x-small;">sistema mai eseguito inEuropa e forse nel mondo), ed anche la simulazione del volo transatmosferico è stata la più impegnativa mai realizzata in un impianto europeo. </span><span style="font-size:xx-small;"><em><a href="http://aerospaziocampania.wordpress.com/wp-admin/doc/primo%20test%20ASA.pdf">segue </a></em></span></p>

Alenia Aeronautica acquisisce la seconda autoclave per Grottaglie e conclude positivamente i tests sullo stabilizzatore orizzontale.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:x-small;">In Italia le attività produttive relative al programma Boeing 787 procedono con successo. Alenia Aeronautica ha annunciato di avere acquisito la seconda autoclave per gli impianti di Grottaglie e che si è positivamente concluso l’ultimo test “a rottura” effettuato sullo stabilizzatore orizzontale del Dreamliner condotto presso il Laboratorio di prove strutturali di Alenia a Pomigliano d’Arco. Il successo dell’azienda italiana è importante in quando certificato da tecnici della Boeing e da rappresentanti degli enti certificatori americani ed europei. <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0 -4.1pt 0 0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">La scelta dell’azienda aeronautica napoletana di ospitare la mostra personale della pittrice Maria Gabriella Castelli<span>   </span>- “<strong><em>Castelli in Aria. Un volo nella meccanica delle emozioni</em></strong>”<span>  </span>- ci pare una felice intuizione, sia per la scelta dell’artista che per il tema dell’esposizione <strong><em>: Il volo</em></strong>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0 -4.1pt 0 0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Il volo, che<span>  </span>da sempre ha affascinato la pittrice romana nella sua duplice accezione, <span> </span>è l’elemento costante delle sue tele: il volo aeronautico consentito dal velivolo, - macchina<span>  </span>straordinaria<span>  </span>prodotta dall’ingegno, la <span> </span>passione umana e dalla <span> </span>tecnologia - <span> </span>e volo pindarico,<span>  </span>quello dei suoi pensieri, che mano a mano emergono dalle sue tele. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0 -4.1pt 0 0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Le opere esposte sono <span> </span>di natura astratta, <span> </span>realizzati con<span>  </span>olio puro steso utilizzando la spatola direttamente su tela. Una tecnica <span> </span><span> </span>c</span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">he consente di “fare uscire” dalla tela il dipinto, rendendolo vivo, non levigato, perché il tratto a spatola è sempre robusto e deciso, anche là dove i colori si fondono creandone di nuovi.</span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;"> I dipinti della Castelli, come afferma la stessa pittrice, “si fanno da soli”. </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0 -4.1pt 0 0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">L’esposizione di palazzo Nunziante <span> </span>oltre alle tele ricche di astrattismi geometrici, <span> </span><span> </span>consentirà di apprezzare i <span> </span>paesaggi desertici e volti di donna, espressi con i colori dei rossi, del sabbia e del bianco, aerei e cieli<span>  </span>ma anche vele e paesaggi marini in cui la linea di demarcazione tra cielo, mare e terra si confondono nelle sfumature<span>  </span>dei colori.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0 -4.1pt 0 0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">La prima esposizione delle opere di </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Maria Gabriella Castelli è di due anni fa </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">in un ristorante<span>    </span>romano di Trastevere, “I Fienaroli”, dove furono esposti<span>   </span>8 dipinti che raccolsero positivi consensi di artisti<span>  </span>e critici.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0 -4.1pt 0 0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Ad essa seguirono<span>  </span>una esposizione all’Hotel delle Muse a Roma, ai Parioli <span> </span>e una mostra<span>  </span>a Piazza de’ Fiori a Roma, nella <span> </span>“Galleria minima di artisti contemporanei”, <span> </span>dove le opere sono state esposte al pubblico fino a marzo 2008.</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p><span style="font-size:x-small;"><span style="color:#003300;">17 giugno L&#8217;intesa raggiunta tra la direzione aziendale di AleniaAeronautica e i sindacati nella notte del 16 giugno non è stata firmata dalla delegazione sindacale della Fiom.    Brutte notizie perchè non è mai positivo un accordo che non è condivo dall&#8217;intero sindacato e che lacera le relazioni sindacali e industriali.      Il documento  sottoscritto dal management e da Fim e Uilm sottende un percorso di uscita dell&#8217;azienda italiana dal business delle trasfomazioni e revisione aeronautiche.  </span><span style="color:#cc0000;"><span style="color:#003300;"><span style="color:#cc0000;"><span style="color:#cc0000;"><span style="color:#003300;">La proposta prevede il recupero nel perimetro di Alenia dei siti di Capodichino e attività sui programmi C130 e Atr per Brindisi, <span style="color:#000000;">prepensionamenti e Cigs per 217 lavoratori di Capodichino e Pratica di Mare e attività elicotteristiche di Agusta e il  programma Superjet 100 per Venezia.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:x-small;color:#003300;">Alenia Aeronautica, come poche altre grandi aziende italiane, ha un bisogno estremo di un unisono impegno di tutte le sue risorse umane per reggere una congiuntura del mercato che richiede, come non mai, capacità competitive e condivisione degli obiettivi.       La principale e decisiva risorsa che consentirà di vincere le sfide difficili, se non azzardate, ma inevitabili richieste dal mercato delle aerostruttre è la consapevolezza di tutti della posta in gioco.</span></p>
